POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE
The sales staff are the best part about this dealership. However the after sales service is at best very poor. I had a recent issue regarding a serious fault with the brakes of the car which initially RAC delt with, when reporting this to FORD IMMINGHAM the manager informed me that the RAC were wrong and did not know whet they were doing. They also refused to resolve the issue. The MANAGERS attitude at best is appauling, he has no idea how to speak to people or any idea what customer service is. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE.
