TERRIBLE!
Nissan had a safey recall last month, and I had to take my car to this garage to get it fixed. They said it would take 20minutes, but I was sitting for half an hour. But when I got the car back I was pleased that they had washed and hoovered it for me. However, when I went to put a bag in the boot of my car I noticed that they had chipped the paintwork on the back bumper. Upon further inspection I noticed a chip on one of the wingmirrors also. I contacted both Parks and Nissan but the garage are denying any involvement at all, when I know that it defiantely happened there. Will not be taking my car anywhere near this garage again. The managers I spoke to were not proffesional at all.
