This has to be the worse dealership ever. From the moment we bought the car the dealership has shown an amazing lack of professionalism including not sending our service agreement paperwork off, not having loan cars ready, ignoring us when we are waiting at the front desk and now refusing to repair our car just because my wife shared her experiences with another customer.
